How does Islam view heaven?

What does heaven look like according to the Quran?

How long is a day in Jannah?
A day in Jannah, or Paradise, is quite different from a day on Earth. According to Islamic sources, a day in Jannah is like a thousand years on Earth, or fifty thousand years in earthly terms, with the light being “measured by the number of years’ travelling”.
As such, it is impossible to measure the exact amount of time that passes in a single day in Jannah as it is so long.
The specific length of a day in Paradise is also unknown as it is dependent on God’s will, as are all aspects of the afterlife. However, it is believed that the day will pass quickly, despite its extended length, due to the bliss of Jannah.

How long does the day of judgment last?

Part of the proof of the presence of day and night in Paradise comes from Ezekiel 48:35, which explains that at the eastern side of the city of Paradise, there shall be a “portion for the prince” that shall include “a portion for the prince.
It shall be for the same length as the other portions, from the border of Judah to the border of Benjamin. ” This suggests that there are two opposites, Judah and Benjamin, as well as a difference in light and darkness, otherwise referred to as day and night.

What age will I be in heaven Islam?
