This is typically a relaxing oasis with beach-style furniture and a perfect position to take in the action inside the park. There is typically one attendant assigned to ensure the guests within this area experience satisfaction with their purchase.

At Volcano Bay, there are a few items that are prohibited. For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, the following items are not allowed:

• Grills, lamps, chairs, and tents

• Large coolers and/or picnic baskets

• Video Cameras

• Drones

• Skateboards and/or skates

• Ladders, stepping stools, and/or any equipment used to scale fences or structures

• Flotation devices that do not bear the Universal Orlando Resort logo

• Toy guns, swords, or any items considered threatening in nature

• Any audio device that does not have the volume set to a low level or headphones required

• Any noise making or disruptive devices

• Professional photography equipment or lights

Where do you put your belongings at Volcano Bay?

At Volcano Bay, the lockers are located between Krakatau Aqua Coaster and Kopiko Wai Winding River. Lockers are available in multiple sizes and can be rented for only $15 per day, or you can choose to get an All-Day Locker Pass which lets you access any size locker as often as you’d like throughout the day for only $20.

There are also mid-sized lockers located throughout the park, just outside of some of the attractions. These mid-size lockers are complimentary, but they do fill up quickly so you’ll want to arrive early if you plan to use one.

Lastly, if you’d prefer keeping your belongings with you, the park offers a rental service where you can rent a stroller pre-loaded with a locker for just $30 per day.
