The Inn at Price Tower has a total of 19 rooms, each uniquely designed to reflect the iconic googie-style architecture of the surrounding art-deco building. There are 16 guest rooms, a luxurious Presidential Suite, a meeting and event room, and a beautiful rooftop lounge, which is open for dinner and provides stunning views of the city.

All rooms have flat-screen TVs, luxury comforters, and in-room safes. Guests staying on the Signature floors also receive added amenities such as exclusive access to the Signature Lounge and signature bath amenities.

Along with these, the Inn also offers dining services and 24-hour room service, concierge services, and valet parking.

The AZ Biltmore has been closed since March 2020 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The closure was part of a larger effort to help protect the health and safety of the community. While the hotel is currently closed, the golf club and spa remain open at limited capacity and with additional cleaning and safety protocols in place.
