In a very special opening ceremony at this year's ARBA Convention in San Diego, one of our Federation’s honored lifetime members, Fibber McGehee, was given the honor of cutting the ribbon and opening this convention. Fibber’s achievements were highlighted at this opening ceremony by ARBA’s President, Dr. Chris Hayhow. Fibber holds the distinguished record of being the only exhibitor to have won BIS 4 times at a ARBA convention. Three of these were with a New Zealand and one with a Florida White. Fibber is also a Hall of Fame member of both the ARBA and the New Zealand Federation. In addition to his BIS wins, Fibber has won Best 4 class, Best 6 class and Best of Group.
